Marcus Tessier

Marcus Tessier has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Middle School Teacher at Benicia Unified School District since September 2014, focusing on Earth Science, Life Science, and Physical Science for grades 6-8. Prior roles include a Teacher on Special Assignment for K-12 Science, PE, and Health at Twin Rivers Unified School District and Academics Officer at the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, where guidance on instructional design was provided. Additionally, Marcus has held various teaching positions in special education and public middle school settings since 2001. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Professional Clear Teaching Credential in Biological Sciences, complemented by a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from the University of California, Davis.
