Daniel Holle

Daniel Holle is an experienced professional in product leadership and design, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Benefex since October 2023, where the focus is on enhancing employee wellbeing and work experiences. Previously, Daniel operated as a self-employed interim CPO and product advisor from January 2020 to September 2023, assisting private equity portfolio companies and startups in developing high-quality products and organizations. Daniel held the position of Vice President of Product at AutoScout24 from April 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included building corporate ventures and nurturing product culture. An interim CPO role at VAHA was undertaken in early 2021. Daniel took a career break in 2020 to travel globally with a family circus. Academically, Daniel is a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management from the University of Regensburg.
