Gethin Nadin

Gethin Nadin serves as Chief Innovation Officer at both Benifex and Zellis, alongside various leadership roles including Executive Fellow at King's Business School and Chair and Co-Founder of the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing. With a background in wellbeing advisory for organizations like Investors in People and advisory roles with The Centre for Emotional Health, Gethin also founded and chairs the Workplace Wellbeing Action Group, which represents over 30 global employers. Additionally, Gethin contributes as a guest writer for HRZone and UNLEASH and was involved with the UK Parliament's All Party Parliamentary Group on the Future of Employability. Gethin holds multiple degrees from Cardiff University and a course completion from Harvard University, specializing in public policy, neuroscience, human resources, and psychology.
