James Letts

James Letts is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in customer engagement and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Benefex since November 2019, James oversees larger customer accounts and provides mentorship to junior project managers, while enhancing stakeholder relationships to boost revenue and improve Net Promoter Scores. Previously, James held project management roles at 3di Information Solutions Ltd. and Intonation Limited, managing significant customer portfolios and accounts. James holds an MA in Translation Studies and a BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies, both from the University of Portsmouth.
