Monica Rzemieniewski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and business support within the hydrogen energy sector and industrial gases. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Finance at Plug Power, Monica previously held various roles at Air Liquide, including Finance Business Partner for the Hydrogen Energy business in North America and Finance Business Analyst for the Gulf Coast operations. Responsibilities included leading strategic planning, managing investment project economics, and supporting commercial activities with financial analysis and reporting. Monica has also served as GL & Consolidation Manager for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, overseeing a sizable team and ensuring compliance with financial audits, and as Tax Manager, focusing on tax optimization and M&A projects. Previously, Monica gained valuable experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Academic credentials include a Master in Business Engineering with a major in Finance from Solvay Brussels School and an ESSF in Tax Management from Ichec Brussels Management School.
