Lee Gruskin

Lee Gruskin is an experienced professional in risk consulting and health management, currently serving as Risk Consulting Manager at Benefex since December 2020, following a successful tenure as Principal Consultant and Health Management Principal Consultant. Prior to Benefex, Lee held various roles at Capita Employee Benefits from September 2009 to December 2020, including Principal Consultant and Senior Health Management Consultant. Lee's career began at Aon Consulting, where a position as Consultant was held from May 2002 to September 2009, and earlier experience includes working as Account Executive at Gissings from March 1998 to May 2002. Lee obtained a BA in Social Science, with a focus on Human Geography, from the University of Westminster between 1994 and 1997, and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Beal High School from 1986 to 1993.
