Michael Weragoda

Michael Weragoda has extensive experience in audit and enterprise risk management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at KPMG Canada since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing audit processes for financial institutions. Previously, Michael worked at KPMG Australia from February 2012 to March 2017 in various roles including Accountant - Assistant Manager, focusing on transaction banking and loans, particularly credit risk and wholesale lending. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Melbourne Business School and has completed a study abroad program at the University of Southern California in Finance and Communications. Additionally, Michael is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
