Matt Macri-Waller is the Founder and CEO of Benifex, a company dedicated to enhancing employee experiences through a robust platform that serves top global organizations. Since June 2010, Matt has led Benifex in its mission to impact millions positively. Additionally, Matt serves as a Group Board Member at Zellis, contributing to payroll and human resources solutions in the UK and Ireland. In a strategic role, Matt also advises various companies, including Salary Finance, focused on employee financial wellness. Previous experience includes serving as an Entrepreneur Ambassador for Barclays and holding positions as an Investor and Interim CEO at PES.
