Vincent Gaugry is a seasoned professional passionate about customer success, currently serving as Global Customer Success Director at Benefex. Previously, they held the position of Global Head of Customer Success at Yoobic, overseeing a team of over 25 and managing various customer experience initiatives. Vincent has extensive experience in customer success and renewals roles at SAP, where they achieved remarkable results, including being recognized as the highest performer in EMEA North. In addition, they have entrepreneurial experience from founding two eCommerce startups and have worked in pre-sales and consulting roles for esteemed organizations such as Accenture and ClickSoftware. With a Master of Engineering from EIGSI La Rochelle and further executive education from INSEAD, Vincent is fluent in both French and English and has developed a significant international profile throughout their career.
