Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success and Support at Sendbird, Diane has spearheaded initiatives that earned recognition, including the Gainsight Visionary Award. Previously, Diane held key roles at Apptio, MetLife, and Discovery Communications, where they excelled in customer retention strategies and cross-functional leadership.
