Julija Ilginytė-Jarmalė

Julija Ilginytė-Jarmalė is an experienced professional currently serving as an Application Configuration Specialist at Benify since January 2023. Prior to this role, Julija held the position of Communications Manager at Northern Baltic, UAB from April 2012 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing internal culture and communication projects to engage and motivate employees across departments in Lithuania and Norway. Julija's earlier experience includes a role in Guest Relations at Meryan hotel in 2011. Academically, Julija holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Vilnius University Business School and a certification as a Junior Front-End Developer from the Baltic Institute of Technology.
