Moa Bloom

Moa Bloom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and account management, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Benify since March 2018. Moa has a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly within the public sector. Previous roles at Benify include Senior Account Manager for the MEB segment and Account Manager with a focus on the SME segment while also leading teams in Gothenburg and Malmö. Prior experience includes being the Head of Corporate Relations and a board member at the Service Management Alumni Association and completing a Master Thesis on Human Resource Management at IKEA Group. Moa's foundational experience in customer service began at ICA, complemented by academic credentials from Lund University and the University of Gothenburg, including a Master of Science in Managing People, Knowledge, and Change.
