Sebastian Högye

Sebastian Heinz is a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business since September 2024, following a role as a Group Procurement Analyst at Selecta from January to June 2024. At Selecta, a KKR Portfolio Company, Sebastian led the digital transformation of procurement processes, optimizing contract management systems and developing KPI dashboards for strategic oversight. Prior experience includes an internship as a Working Student Procurement at Selecta from January to July 2023, where Sebastian contributed to procurement policy development and sustainability compliance. Earlier, Sebastian served as a Host at SQUARE, facilitating community engagement and event management. Sebastian holds a Master's in International Business from the University of South Carolina, complemented by graduate certificates in Global Strategy and Business Analytics, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Further educational experience includes study at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
