Nicole Dougherty

Nicole Dougherty serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing Manager at BeniPlus Inc. since December 2021, focusing on digital B2B marketing strategies including lead generation, SEO, and content creation. Previously, Nicole held the position of Deputy Director in the NATO Division at the Canadian Centre for the Responsibility to Protect, overseeing research analysts and drafting organizational memos regarding Responsibility to Protect principles. As a Research Analyst at the NATO Association of Canada, significant contributions included coordinating a high-priority online course for high school students. Additional roles included Program Editor on Women and Security, Youth Observer at the Canada-Korea Forum 2020, and various positions during academic tenure at the University of Guelph. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from the University of Guelph.
