Andrea Carandell has an extensive work experience. Andrea began their career as a Financial Administrator at Fundicio Ductil Benito in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Andrea then joined Deloitte España as an Audit Senior from September 2012 to October 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Strategy Business Development Manager at both Aldrim (October 2014 - May 2016) and Alba & Andrea Divisió S.L (September 2014 - present). Andrea Carandell served as the Vice President at Fundació Impulsa in 2015. Since November 2014, they have held the position of CEO at Novatilu and Benito Urban.

Andrea Carandell's education history includes obtaining a Licenciatura in Administración y Dirección de Empresas from IQS Barcelona from 2007 to 2012. In 2010, Andrea also completed a Grade in Business English at Columbia University. Additionally, they earned the Nivel 1 certificate in Chino from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2008.
