James Williams is a highly experienced Senior Content Manager at Benivo, where responsibilities include planning and executing numerous content projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a background in project management and content strategy, James has previously served as Content Team Lead and Digital Content Manager at Benivo, focusing on creating and delivering engaging content efficiently. Additional experience includes volunteer work at Khora Refugee Support and a role as Copywriter/Charity Ambassador at Humanitas Charity. James holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's Degree in English-Sociology from the University of Leeds, complemented by attending the Creative Writing Summer School at the University of Oxford.
