Rafayel Maysuryan

Rafayel Maysuryan has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Test Automation. Rafayel started their career at Instigate Mobile CJSC in 2017 as a Junior Software QA Engineer, where they gained foundational knowledge and skills in software testing. In 2018, Rafayel joined EfuSoft as a Junior Software QA Engineer, further developing their expertise in QA processes. Later that year, they joined Benivo as a Junior Software QA Engineer, and quickly progressed to the role of Mid-Level Software QA Engineer in 2019. During their time at Benivo, Rafayel actively participated in establishing and evolving formal QA processes, mentored and led test engineers, and implemented best practices. In 2020, they became a Mid-Level Test Automation Engineer at Benivo, where they developed automated tests using C# language. Most recently, Rafayel has taken on the role of Quality Assurance Team Lead at Benivo, where they have been responsible for coordinating QA resources, formulating QA standards and best practices, and providing suitable solutions for system issues. Overall, Rafayel has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring quality in software development.

Rafayel Maysuryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Armenian State University of Economics between 2013 and 2020.
