Rick Balmaseda, CFP®, RICP® has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Rick started their career as a Financial Advisor at Moseley, Hallgarten, Estabrook, and Weeden, Inc. in 1981. Rick then worked as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities for nearly two decades before joining Wells Fargo Advisors as a Senior Vice President- Investment Officer in 2003. Rick held this role until 2011 when they became a Senior Vice President-Investments at Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. Rick is proud to be part of Benjamin F. Rick Balmaseda, CFP®, RICP®, completed their undergraduate education at Colgate University from 1976 to 1980. Rick obtained a degree in Social Relations from the university. After their undergraduate studies, Rick went on to obtain additional certifications. In 1995, they received the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Rick furthered their education in 2018 by obtaining the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) certification from the American College.
