Candice Carter Smith

Candice Carter Smith, NCIDQ, NACE, serves as an Architectural & Design Representative at Benjamin Moore & Co. since July 2016, focusing on educational support for architects and designers, product specification, and color selection tools. Prior to this role, Candice held the position of Design Coordinator at Belk Stores Services from January 2011 to July 2016, managing interior design for 293 stores across 16 states. Candice has also been actively involved in the IIDA Carolinas Chapter, serving as Chapter President and in other leadership roles, and has experience as a Project Designer at Phillips Architecture, PA. Candice began a career in design as a Design Associate at Perper Design Associates, Inc., following a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
