Katie Day possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Director of Transformation & Development at Benjamin Moore & Co. since June 2003. In this role, Katie oversees the integration of operations across the organization while collaborating with human resources and financial planning to implement comprehensive staffing and talent management strategies. Previous positions at Benjamin Moore included Sr. Manager of Training & Development and Senior Operations Manager, along with a tenure as Senior HR Business Partner/Compensation Manager, where Katie aligned HR programs with corporate strategy.
