Janet Schneider

Janet Schneider started their work experience in 2003 as the Executive Director of Child Care Services at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland. Janet then served as the New Business Development Director and later became the Director of Operations at the Y-Haven Branch. In 2014, they joined Neighborhood Family Practice as the VP of Human Resources & CCO, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are the VP of Human Resources & CCO at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging.

Janet Schneider obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Akron in 2002. Janet later pursued further education, earning a Master's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University starting in 2014.
