Prior to this, James worked as a Senior Estimator at Core & Main, where similar responsibilities were undertaken from July 2016 to September 2020. James began their career in management as a Table Games Shift Manager at Black Oak Casino Resort from December 2003 to March 2016, overseeing operations and compliance in a high-stakes environment. James holds a Certificate in Construction Cost Estimation from San Diego State University-California State University, earned in 2016.
