Anthony Bennett

Anthony Bennett is the Owner and Director of Bennett Hay, a catering and hospitality company based in London. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in the industry, starting their career as a management trainee with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 1995. Anthony then worked their way up to Business Development Manager with Compass Group in 1996, and Operations Director with Restaurant Associates in 2000. In 2004, they became Managing Director of mitie, a position they held for four years before being promoted to National Sales Director in 2008. Anthony left mitie in 2010 to start Bennett Hay.

Under Anthony’s leadership, Bennett Hay has become one of the most successful catering companies in London, working with clients such as The Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, and The Savoy. Anthony is a highly respected figure in the industry, and their company has won numerous awards, including ‘Caterer of the Year’ at the prestigious Caterer Awards.

Anthony Bennett has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Plymouth and a degree from Sidcot School.
