In this role, she works closely with the firm’s partners and associates to spearhead professional and personal development opportunities that align with the organization’s long-term growth. Providing resources and upskilling opportunities so all associates have the tools to become their best selves in life and work is extremely important to her. In addition, she collaborates with organizational leaders to implement a learning strategy and foster a culture of growth.
