Joan Hobin

Joan Hobin has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Realtor at The Hobin Company at Bennion Deville Homes since November 1998. The Hobin Company, founded in 1891, has a rich history of leadership through the Hobin family. Prior to this role, Joan worked in real estate development from January 1980 to April 1986, focusing on designing and constructing passive solar homes under the PG&E Suntherm Program, with expertise in energy conservation and alternative energy. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from the University of California, Berkeley.
