Xavier Barrera

Xavier Barrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and commercial strategy, currently serving as General Manager at Qrocom del Bajío, S.A. de C.V. since October 2020. Additionally, Xavier has been the Director General for BenQ México since July 2004, where responsibilities include defining the strategy and operations for both B2C and B2B segments in Mexico. Previous roles at BenQ involved directing sales and marketing across Latin America, managing product strategy for IT and retail channels, and overseeing the commercialization strategy in computing and consumer electronics. Key accomplishments include the implementation of continuous forecasting for product lines, achieving over 95% effectiveness in order delivery, and positioning BenQ as a leading brand in the computing sector. Xavier holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
