Susan Rider, MS, GBHR, REBC, ASF, CSFS, CDHC, PBC, CFAA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and employee benefits. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Purdue University, Susan teaches employment law and previously held similar positions at IUPUI and the University of Indianapolis. As the Director of Compliance and Human Resource Consulting at Human Capital Concepts, Susan provides strategic HR services to diverse sectors. Additionally, Susan is an ICARE Certified Facilitator for addiction awareness training. Previous roles include Vice President of Employee Benefits at Gregory & Appel Insurance and Chief Operating Officer at Preventia Group. Susan is advancing education with an Executive Juris Doctor in Business Law from Purdue Global Law School, complemented by a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and Design. Recognized as one of the "25 Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising," Susan has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing workplace environments through innovative human capital strategies.
