Russ Johnson

Russ Johnson is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Bent Ear Solutions LLC, a position held since February 2020, following a distinguished 20-year career at Esri, culminating as Director of Public Safety and Homeland Security Solutions. During this tenure, Russ Johnson significantly advanced the implementation of geospatial technologies for public safety organizations. Prior to Esri, Russ Johnson served for nearly 28 years with the U.S. Forest Service, including a role as Fire Chief at the San Bernardino National Forest, where responsibilities included serving as Incident Commander on National Interagency Incident Management Teams. Russ Johnson holds a degree from Redlands University, earned between 1982 and 1985.
