Mert Çaldağ is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Pega development and system architecture. Currently serving as a Pega Expert System Architect at Bentego since October 2022, Mert provides consulting services for Vodafone's multichannel campaign management application. Prior experience includes roles as a Pega Senior System Architect at DXC Technology, where Mert developed Pega BPM applications and coached a team of consultants. Mert's prior tenure at Accenture involved multiple positions in financial services and telecommunications projects, including leading teams and technical architecture. Earlier roles included software development in the automotive and retail domains. Mert holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Engineering from Marmara University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Bahcesehir University.
