Bárbara Soares

Bárbara Soares is currently the Human Resources Manager at Benteler Automotive, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at IETA from 2000 to 2012, where they established the HR department and managed key initiatives, including the implementation of training programs and quality management systems. Their earlier experience includes managing HR responsibilities at Autosil and assisting the direction of AFIA, where they represented Portugal in various automotive industry forums. Bárbara holds a Licentiate degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
