Ruth Owen

Ruth Owen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ruth has worked as the Head of Human Resources at Benteler Automotive UK Limited since 2016. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Brose from 2013 to 2015. Ruth also served as an HR Manager at Moy Park from 2011 to 2013. Before that, Ruth worked as a Business Transformation Manager and a Workforce Lead (HR Project Manager) at Birmingham City Council from 2008 to 2011. Ruth has also held HR managerial positions at Johnson Controls Automotive from 2005 to 2008 and at Hutchinson from 2001 to 2005. Ruth started their HR career as an HR Officer at Inalfa Roof Systems and worked there from 1995 to 2001.

Ruth Owen completed their postgraduate degree in Human Resources at the University of Wolverhampton from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained two certifications: Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner from APMG in June 2010, and Project Management Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG in September 2009.
