Shane Sowders

Shane Sowders is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production management and retail operations. Currently serving as Production Manager CI at BENTELER Group since October 2021, Shane has previously held positions such as Operations Supervisor at both DHL and SYNCREON, where responsibilities included overseeing daily production operations and fostering continuous improvement in performance.
