Lewis Maleh is the Founder and CEO of Bentley Lewis, an award-winning global boutique executive search firm established in May 2010, specializing in executive search, coaching, and assessment for permanent and interim positions at the Head of and Director level. Additionally, Lewis hosts "The Recruitment Show," a podcast and live show that explores recruitment industry insights, and "Don't Take Out Your Phone!," which features unedited conversations with industry experts. An independent external member of the Finance and Resources Committee at Istituto Marangoni since February 2024, Lewis previously held the position of Senior Consultant in Executive Recruiting for insurance and banking from May 2006 to May 2010, leading corporate governance practices for clients across Europe and North America. Lewis's career began as Head of Sales in the manufacturing and distribution sector between September 2003 and April 2006. Lewis holds a Chemistry degree from the University of Birmingham, pursued from September 1999 to August 2003, after attending Watford Grammar School for Boys.
