Bob Reince has extensive experience in technical services and customer relations within the flooring industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Services at Bentley Mills since April 2013, Bob previously worked as a Field Services Technician at Tandus Flooring from June 2005 to April 2013 and as the Manager of Field Services at Monterey Carpet Inc. from December 2000 to December 2005. Bob began a decade-long tenure at Bentley Mills as the Director of Customer Service from December 1990 to December 2000. Bob holds an Associate's Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2008 and 2010.
