Lee Sealey has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Production for Vehicle Interior - Leather and Wood at Bentley Motors Ltd since March 2001. Prior to this role, Lee worked at Rover / BMW Group as a Manager from May 1988 to March 2001. Lee's educational background includes a Graduate degree in CIPD from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and a prior academic experience at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 1998 to 2000.
