Steve Crowe

Steve Crowe is an accomplished design and engineering professional with extensive experience at Bentley Motors since July 2006. In various leadership roles, including Design Manager for Studio Engineering and Field Quality Manager, Steve has effectively managed teams of senior engineers, engineers, and data analysts to prioritize and resolve field issues. As Product Manager for Vehicle Accessories, Steve focused on commercial responsibilities and optimized sales opportunities for future accessory products. Additionally, as Engineering Functional Manager for Tailgate & Boot Systems, Steve led a skilled team in developing mechatronic and non-mechatronic components. Prior to Bentley Motors, Steve served as a Design Engineer for door latch systems at ArvinMeritor OE, LLC from November 2003 to July 2006, where technical development and project management were key responsibilities.
