Tom Goodyear

Tom Goodyear currently serves as the Head of Commercial Strategy, Compliance and Risk at Bentley Motors since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was a Corporate Strategy Project Manager at AUDI AG from November 2023 to June 2024. Tom's extensive experience at Bentley Motors includes roles as Corporate Insight Manager, Network Development Manager, Network Development Analyst, and Sales & Marketing Graduate from October 2015 to November 2023. Additional experience includes a Sales & Marketing Graduate Placement at Porsche AG in 2017, internships in marketing at tesa SE and IMX Limited, a finance internship at Sparkasse-Finanzgruppe, and serving as Managing Director at Stem Enterprise. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management and German from the University of Bath and completed A-Levels at Hymers College.
