David Hutchins Shrm-Scp, Sphr

David Hutchins has a diverse work experience in various roles. David worked as a Regional Human Resources Director at Bentley Truck Services Inc. from March 2017 onwards, where they focused on improving policies and managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.

Prior to that, they worked at Omega Engineering, Inc. for a significant period starting from 1993. During their tenure, they served as an HR Manager, where they implemented changes in hiring processes to reduce turnover and attract top talent resulting in significant cost savings. David also increased manpower to meet business demands. Additionally, they worked as an Information Technology Engineer, where they created and modified databases for different departments and managed the facility's technology infrastructure. David also held the role of QA Manager, overseeing product quality and obtaining necessary certifications.

Before their time at Omega Engineering, Inc., David served as a Production Supervisor at GE Aerospace from 1986 to 1992.

David Hutchins, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, has a diverse education history. In 1986, they started studying Electro/Mechanical Engineering at Camden County College and completed their associate's degree in 1992. David then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at Thomas Edison State University from 2002 to 2004.

In 2010, David attended Rowan University to study for their SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource) certification, although no degree was obtained from this institution. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they received training in Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work.

Furthermore, David has obtained various certifications. In 2011, they achieved the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP and SHRM Senior Certified Professional certifications from SHRM. In the same year, they also gained the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification from World at Work. Later, in 2016, they became a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt through Quantitative Intelligence Solutions, LLC.
