Martin Michael

Martin Michael is an experienced professional in the field of operations and records management, currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Records at Bentley University since December 2003. In this role, Martin oversees daily operations related to file management, including the intake of graduate school applications and the IT systems that support this process, while supervising a small team of Operations/Records assistants. Previously, Martin worked as an Application Support Specialist, focusing on IT needs for the Graduate School, including report writing, system updates, and problem resolution. Additionally, as a Communications Specialist, Martin collaborated with the Director of Graduate Admissions to manage IT projects and communications to prospective students. Since February 2011, Martin has also held the position of Associate Director for Graduate Admissions Systems and Operations at Bentley University. Martin holds degrees from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and New Hampshire Community Technical College (NHCTC).
