Cristian Llamas

Cristian Llamas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Colleague Success Business Partnership at Bentley Systems since December 2021, Cristian leads the Business Partners team and collaborates with business unit leaders and Centers of Excellence. Prior to this role, Cristian was the Director of HR Business Partner at Bentley Systems, focusing on talent strategy within the Product Business Unit. Cristian's previous positions include Group Head of People Operations at LIFULL Connect, and HR Director at Scytl Secure Electronic Voting. Cristian has also worked as a freelance HR consultant, Corporate HR Director for a group of tech companies, and Employee Relations Manager at SELLBYTEL Spain.
