Heidi Koston has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Heidi started their career at UPS in 1995, where they served as a Shared Service Manager for over 13 years. Heidi'sresponsibilities included training, billing systems, customer service, and cross-functional projects. In 2008, they joined Integrity Solutions as an Operations Manager for a brief period. Since 2009, they have been associated with Bentley Systems, initially serving as a Manager before being promoted to Company Director and eventually Operations Director.
Heidi Koston obtained a BA Mod Hons in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Heidi later pursued an MBA (Executive) with a focus on Strategy, Financial Analysis, HRM, and Marketing at Dublin City University from 2002 to 2004.
