Hitesh Attri is a Software Engineer II (Structural) at Bentley Systems since February 2021, previously serving as Software Engineer I (Structural) and Associate Software Engineer, Structural, where significant contributions include the development of the Effective Length Calculator and co-creation of the Enclosed Zone Loading feature for STAAD. Prior to this, Hitesh worked as a Research Scholar (MS) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi from September 2017 to September 2020, focusing on the seismic performance of base-isolated and fixed-base liquid storage tanks, and investigating Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI). Hitesh gained practical experience during a brief internship with GHV AS in June 2017, participating in the Four Laning of Kiratpur to Manali project in India. Hitesh holds a Master of Science by Research in Earthquake Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
