Janet Brutschea Haugen

Janet Brutschea Haugen is an experienced board member and financial executive with a strong background in corporate governance and sustainability. Since September 2020, Janet has served as a Non Executive Board Member at Bentley Systems, where Janet Brutschea is the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee, also participating as a member on the Audit Committee. In addition, since May 2019, Janet has held a position as a Non Executive Board Member on the Board of Directors of Juniper Networks, contributing to the Audit Committee. Previously, Janet was a Non Executive Board Member at Paycom from February 2018 to October 2021, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Janet's extensive experience includes a tenure of over 20 years as Chief Financial Officer at Unisys and a role as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at SunGard. Janet began a successful career as a Partner at EY from 1980 to 1996. Janet holds a degree from Rutgers University.
