Naji Rizig, MGIS, currently serves as a GIS & Operations Associate at Bentley Systems since June 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a GIS Analyst 2 and GIS Analyst 1 at RedCastle Resources, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023. Naji was a Project Lead for the NASA DEVELOP program at NASA, where leadership involved the use of NASA Earth Observation Imagery and Google Earth Engine to support public health assessments across over 700 cities. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Lab Technician at Penn State University, focusing on Scanning Electron Microscope analysis. Naji holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Remote Sensing and Earth Observation from Penn State University, along with educational experiences at Reykjavik University.
