Anushka N. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of product development, formulation, and research and development. Anushka started their career at Undergraduate Adult and Part Time Admissions as a Graduate Assistant in 2018. Anushka then took on roles as a Research Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University Metropolitan Campus and as a Research and Development Intern in Cosmetic Science at Momentive in 2019. Anushka also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson Global Education and held leadership positions in various student organizations, including President of the International Students Association and Graduate Class Representative at the Student Government Association. In 2020, they joined COSMAX USA CORPORATION as a Formulations and R&D Intern, where they gained experience in skincare and color formulations, stability studies, and collaboration with senior scientists. Following that, they worked at Allure Labs, Inc. as a Jr. R&D and Formulations Chemist before joining Bentley Labs as a Formulation Scientist. Currently, Anushka is serving as the Product Development and Innovation Lead at Bentley Labs.

Anushka N. first completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from MET Institute of Pharmacy in the years 2014 to 2018. Anushka then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2018 to 2020. After that, in 2019, Anushka obtained two additional certifications: the Hootsuite Platform Certification and the Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite. Finally, in the year 2022 to 2023, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology to earn a FIT- Beauty Industry Essentials degree, although the field of study is not specified.
