Elena Weber

Elena Weber has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Elena started their career as a Management Intern at Hilton Worldwide in 2009 and later interned as a Quality Assurance Management Intern at Hotel IQ in 2011. Elena then pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and Administration at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, specializing in Entrepreneurship.

After graduating in 2012, Elena worked as the Manager of Product Development at Swiss NeWater, followed by a Management Program at The Chatwal NY - Starwood in 2013. Elena then joined mfg mueller GmbH as a Product Market Research Assistant in 2014.

In 2015, Elena joined Touch of Modern and held various positions, including Production Coordinator, Junior Merchandising & Operations Manager, and Merchandising & Operations Manager. Elena implemented process improvements and coordinated merchandise offers to achieve operational efficiency and revenue goals.

From 2016 to 2020, Elena worked at AnyRoad, first as the Director of Customer Success and later as a Product Manager. In their role as Director of Customer Success, they increased user transaction fees, grew annual recurring revenue (ARR), established key partnerships, and built and managed support and account management teams.

In 2020, Elena transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager at AnyRoad, where they became the product owner of the User Experience product suite and collaborated with an engineering pod. Elena also led the company through a successful Series B funding round.

In 2022, Elena moved to Kickstarter as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on product-led growth, user-centric strategic road mapping, and user discovery initiatives. Elena played a key role in developing new product verticals.

Most recently, in 2023, Elena joined BentoBox as a Senior Product Manager.

Elena Weber has a diverse and extensive education history. Elena began their academic journey in 2000 at Kantonsschule Rämibühl, where they pursued a High School degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures. Elena completed their studies there in 2003.

Elena then furthered their education at Kantonsschule Stadelhofen from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they focused on Art/Art Studies, General, earning their High School degree.

After completing high school, Elena enrolled at EHL from 2008 to 2012. Elena pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

In addition to their formal education, Elena has obtained several certifications. Elena completed the Agile Foundations course from LinkedIn in January 2022. Elena also completed the course "Nir Eyal on Creating Habit-Forming Products" from LinkedIn in the same month. Prior to these certifications, they acquired the PADI Certified Rescue Scuba Diver certification from PADI in August 2012.
