Kimberly Yu has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary industries, currently serving as Strategic Onboarding Manager at BentoBox since April 2021, with prior roles as Onboarding Manager and Onboarding Associate. At Emma's Torch, Kimberly held the position of General Manager from January 2020 to March 2021. Additional experience includes Food & Beverage Manager at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, and various managerial and service roles at Union Square Hospitality Group, including Assistant General Manager of Intersect by Lexus and Service Manager of North End Grill. Early career experiences featured positions such as Extern/Line Cook at The Modern and multiple roles at North End Grill.
