Irene Mirch

Irene Mirch, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Irene began their career at Bank of America in 1984, where they held roles in lending, bank operations, and human resources for nearly a decade. In 1994, they joined Arvest Bank, where they served as a bank management and human resource professional for over 24 years. In 2018, Mirch transitioned to the public sector, joining Benton County Government as a Human Resources Manager. After three years in that role, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in February 2021.
