Jessica Skordal

Jessica Skordal, Ed.S., currently serves as the Director of Speech and Debate at Bentonville Schools, leading a team of over 80 students and managing a significant fundraising tournament while overseeing budget forecasting. With experience as a One Star Leader at Plunder Design, LLC, and an Independent Director at Thirty-One Gifts, Jessica has a strong background in business development and team training. Previously, Jessica held the position of Executive Director of Events for Autism Involves Me, where responsibilities included managing grant programs and organizing community fundraisers. Jessica began a career in education as a Teacher at Bentonville Public Schools, instructing middle and high school students in various subjects. Academic credentials include a Specialist in Education in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the same institution.
