Matt Saferite

Matt Saferite has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt currently holds the position of Director of Assessment and Data Management at Bentonville Public Schools since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Bethel University, teaching in their Doctorate in Education program, starting in October 2012. Matt also served as an Instructor (Adjunct Faculty) at John Brown University from February 2008, teaching courses in the Masters of Education and Elementary Education programs.

From July 2006 to July 2014, Matt worked as a Principal at Fayetteville School District, and prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Principal at Rogers High School from July 2001 to June 2006. Matt's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Technology Programs and MIS at Fayetteville School District from June 2000 to June 2001.

Matt Saferite completed their education in a chronological order starting from 1990. Matt earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Western Nevada Community College from 1990 to 1992. Matt then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Mathematics, from John Brown University, which they completed from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they obtained a Master of Education in Administration from the University of Arkansas between 1997 and 1998. Lastly, they pursued an Ed.D. in Administration from Bethel University, which they completed from 2005 to 2012.
